PAINTED BARN KITCHEN

The tone of this kitchen perfectly mirrors the experience of working with our clients —simply lovely! Set in a converted bull barn in Connecticut, the home was thoughtfully designed by Etelemaki Architecture, who brought us in to collaborate with the client on the kitchen details. Their discerning taste and clear design vision guided the process—particularly in crafting a space with a soft, inviting aesthetic. Key design elements include a light, airy palette that keeps the space open and bright, a central island with a furniture feel and has an open area for cutting boards. Their choice of nickel hardware offers a fresh contrast to the more commonly used brass. There is a mix of modern and traditional details that come together to create a kitchen that feels both open and intimate.
