Our cabinetry ranges in style from contemporary and modern to traditional. We love exploring new and interesting design details while incorporating natural finishes and materials into our work.

We provide various design services from cabinetry to bigger picture concepts. We are also happy to work with other design professionals. Our goal is to create beautiful products our clients will love.

 

WOODWORKING PROCESS TIMELINE

 

  • By gathering as much information as possible, we begin to define the scope of work of a project: from location, dimensions, materials, finishes, aesthetic goals, budgets, and more. Our aim is to understand a client’s vision to be able to offer a clear path forward.

  • Through a series of 3D drawings, renders, and elevations, we process information and put it together for a visual review. This is helpful for everyone to have a snapshot of the future space and elements involved.

  • In a back and forth collaborative process, we revise our drawings until we have arrived at the final design.  Changes and additions made might include functionality, storage solutions, design details, and finish concepts.

  • After all adjustments to the design have been made, the concepts are turned into shop drawings which are the set of plans that we will build from. The plans spell out the specific details of cabinet or furniture construction that is unique to each project.

  • All of our products are made by talented artisans in our Beacon, NY woodshop. We hand select materials for their look specific to each project. Through artistry and careful attention to detail, we move through the process from from building to finishing.

  • We coordinate with all parties involved, and take special care of the space around us as we work to install a project. The details of installation matter, because it is in the process that we can guarantee satisfaction with a beautiful end result.
